By creating an account, enrolling in a masterclass, or otherwise using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms of Use, the following terms carry the meanings defined below.

1.1 Platform

"Platform" refers to the Jent Ulvak website accessible at jentulvak.com, including all associated pages, features, tools, digital content, and services operated by Jent Ulvak.

"User" means any individual who visits, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform, whether as a prospective student, enrolled participant, or guest visitor.

1.3 Content

"Content" refers to all text, video recordings, audio materials, written exercises, instructional guides, assessments, downloadable resources, and any other material made available through the Platform.

1.4 Account

"Account" means the registered profile created by a User to access protected areas of the Platform and enrolled courses.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 13 years of age and have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. Use of the Platform by individuals under 13 years of age is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jent Ulvak. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your registration information updated at all times.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform using your Account.

3.3 Unauthorized Access

You agree to notify Jent Ulvak immediately at support@jentulvak.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Jent Ulvak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Account Termination by User

You may request the deletion of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your access to enrolled courses and associated content will cease.

4. Permitted Use of the Platform

4.1 Personal, Non-Commercial Use

The Platform and its Content are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may access and engage with Content solely for the purpose of developing your own writing skills and knowledge.

5.1 Ownership

All Content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property made available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to Jent Ulvak. Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers any ownership rights to you.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fees, Jent Ulvak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view enrolled Content solely for your personal educational purposes during the enrollment period.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit any written work, feedback, exercises, or other materials through the Platform as part of course participation, you grant Jent Ulvak a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display such submissions solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your submitted work.

6. Payments, Enrollment, and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Course fees and any applicable charges are displayed on the Platform at the time of enrollment. All prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Jent Ulvak reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect enrollments already completed and paid for.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of your payment for the selected course or service. Jent Ulvak does not store full payment card details on its servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific refund terms stated at the point of enrollment. Where a satisfaction guarantee or refund window is offered, requests must be submitted within the stated period to support@jentulvak.com. Jent Ulvak reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions or that show evidence of abuse of the refund policy.

6.4 Access Period

Unless otherwise stated, enrollment grants access to the relevant Content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Jent Ulvak does not guarantee indefinite access to any course material.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Jent Ulvak. These links are provided for convenience only. Jent Ulvak has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party resources is entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Educational Nature of Content

All Content on the Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Jent Ulvak does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, skill level, or professional achievement as a result of completing any course or program.

8.2 Platform Availability

Jent Ulvak does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or data loss at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

8.3 No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jent Ulvak, its directors, employees, instructors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content, even if Jent Ulvak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Jent Ulvak's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use exceed the total amount paid by you to Jent Ulvak in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jent Ulvak and its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms of Use; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit through the Platform.

12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

Jent Ulvak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, course, or aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12.2 Changes to These Terms

Jent Ulvak may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify registered users by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination

Jent Ulvak reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms of Use, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or to Jent Ulvak, or for any other reason Jent Ulvak deems appropriate.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.

14. Governing Principles

These Terms of Use are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with fairness, good faith, and the reasonable expectations of both parties. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and Jent Ulvak. If resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Jent Ulvak on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jent Ulvak with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
